I don't mean this blog to sound like nothing but a travelogue but it seems like our weekends have been pretty packed lately! Actually, the trip we just returned from is a result of this blog... When David read here that I like to travel, it kind of surprised him. He knows I'm not a super good passenger in a car so he'd forgotten that I actually like to hit the road. So then he remembered that I really like train rides and suggested that we go up to the Apple Farm in San Luis Obispo on the train sometime. Five minutes later I started doing research and it all culminated in us having a fun and relaxing weekend in a beautiful place. There is a trolley that runs around the downtown so we took that yesterday, but otherwise just hung out on the Apple Farm property. The top picture is of an interesting old wall in the downtown area and the outside shots are taken from the train. We're home now, and had fun seeing the picture of Luanne's new haircut on her blog! Cute, huh?

Wow, there's nothing like an impromptu trip! I think it's really fun that after all these years U.D. discovered something new about you through your blog!
I'm enjoying your pictures. That one of the old wall is very fascinating. It looks like something out of the ancient past.
On a side note, thanks for the daddydaycare McD cards. We've already begun the feeding frenzy out burst. I love watching Sam order and attempt to swipe the card.
