Have you ever seen the Tehachapi Loop? It's one of the 6 railroad wonders of the world and was designed by 2 engineers and built by over 2,000 Chinese laborers in the mid-1800's. We stood and watched 2 trains as they entered from the south, came out a tunnel and spiraled around over themself, climbing up a steep grade. At one point the engines are 77 feet above the end of the train. It was so well built that it's virtually unchanged since its early days and it is still used by an average of 39 trains per day! I thought you might like to see these pictures of it.

When you girls were young we went there, so good to see it again. It has been abut five years since we were there last. Poppa

Hi daddy,
I don't remember going there when we were kids! To bad... but I know we watched lots of trains and that was always fun. That and the airplanes. Sorry you don't remember the password. You could click "name" if you want, then you can type in any name you want!
