I just have to show you this little "Mouse-In-The-House Salad" that I made for the website yesterday! I'm trying to come up with good recipes for kids, since quite a few are on the diet. Many people have found that this diet helps their children that have autism. This recipe, with a few slight changes, came from one of the cookbooks I got at the library book sale. Isn't he cute?

That is a very cute mouse!
That is too cute! Now how will they get their kids to stop playing with their food? :-)
Robin, I LOVE your blog!!! The photos are REALLY good. I especially like the ones at the beach. I'm so glad you have a blog! I only now discovered it...
Hi Mom,
That is extremely cute! I know lots of kids are going to get a kick out of that recipe!
Darling, absolutely darling! Could you include the ingredient list here for us to have?
Sister Gretchen
Well, the ingredients are pretty easy... first lettuce, then a tomato slice, then a cheese slice (for the mouse to eat), then half of a fresh pear, peeled and cored and dropped in a bowl of lemon-water. Then the fun begins with 2 carrot pennies, 2 raisins and some pieces of the white ends of green onions. Pretty soon I'll have it posted and you can view an "official" version!
