Lately...

Our weekends have been busy and fun. The in-between part has been a little harder than usual with work stress and allergies. Today it's a haircut for me, lunch with old friends from work at the Lazy Dog in Huntington Beach while David hits golf balls nearby, and then a bike ride/read on the beach after that. I'm looking forward to it!

The weather has been gorgeous and my garden is overflowing with those great flowers. The oak tree is dropping pollen by the shovel full and I'm allergic to it this year. Two weekends ago I planted iceberg roses in front of the front porch and had a family shower for Heather Stevens. It was really nice to gather our little local family and part of Jeff's family! They're such lovely people! Then last weekend we had Anders for 2 nights. He was great and we had a very good time. David got him a real, kid-size putter which they tried out at the golf course. The picture of him with the sun in his face is him, blowing the dust in the air... remember doing that? A good time was had by all.
