Today we took our trailer down to the beach. The weather has warmed up a bit and we just never seem to use the trailer like we'd like to, so David did all the going and getting and moving heavy stuff around and off we went (well... after sleeping in...). We took our bikes, books, folding chairs and I took all the things I'd need to make a bunch of natural fruit desserts for the website! I had to make the fruit purees at home first since we wouldn't have electricity, but the rest went in the ice chest. I had so much fun creating these and taking the pictures and I just had to show you! When I can, I'll get the article written up for the website, but in the meantime, here they are. Oh, and after I took the pictures we had to munch on them. Yum! I think the top one, the banana split one, was David's favorite. I liked them all.

I'd love to see the waves at the beach. David told me they were really big and he was thinking of me. Beautiful presentation of the fruit.
