Christmas Day

Gretchen and Chris came over at about 10:30 and we opened presents and had a nice time! At around 1:00 mom and dad, along with Peter and Amanda, came over for Christmas brunch. A little late for breakfast food, but it was nice not to have to rush! Jim had installed a new dishwasher for me the day before, so we were looking forward to washing all the dishes in it! We had the same brunch that we served a few days earlier... the earlier meal was a "test" where I prepared recipes that we would be putting up on Erin's website. They were all yummy, and we realized that the pans would stay cleaner if we used paper liners in the muffin cups, which we did for Christmas!
